Me - Maria mom to 3 great kids. Homeschooling the second time around , my 9 year old daughter.
Kiera - 9 years old. Kiera has Autism. She has a natural desire to please, curiosity to learn. Doesn't like making mistakes or being wrong, but learning that "we all make mistakes".
I home schooled the older two children for portions of their education. I believe in choosing the academic setting and also the type of curriculum to suit the child. Children naturally want to learn. Give them the right environment and the freedom to blossom.
Our learning doesn't know about "weekends" or "school vacations". It is pretty much continuous.
It's a wonderful adventure!
